- Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
- Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
- Schedule: Day shift

Work Environment
This is an on-site construction and renovation role where you will work at various client locations across Sarnia and surrounding areas. The work is hands-on, physically demanding, and involves outdoor and indoor installation tasks in all seasons. Safety gear and equipment are provided, and teamwork is essential to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Languages
- Required Language: English (both oral and written communication)
Education
- Required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience
- Required: Minimum of 5 years or more in window, door, or similar construction installation work.
Applicants should have a solid track record in the installation, service, and repair of prefabricated products, with strong attention to accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Window Installer, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Installing exterior prefabricated products such as windows, doors, and siding.
- Installing interior prefabricated products like kitchen cabinets, vanities, and shutters.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
- Repairing and servicing both exterior and interior prefabricated products.
- Determining precise layout and installation procedures based on project requirements.
- Preparing, maintaining, and organizing work materials and supplies.
- Loading and unloading trucks with necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
- Utilizing hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring all work meets company standards and complies with building codes.
- Communicating effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth project flow.
