What You’ll Achieve with Us

As a Welding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of welding processes. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and Organization: Develop and manage welding schedules, including material procurement and resource allocation.
  • Technical Preparation: Create detailed welding plans, diagrams, and work orders to streamline operations.
  • Process Monitoring: Supervise welding processes, coordinate teams, and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Technology Selection: Evaluate and select the most suitable welding processes for diverse materials and applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute and oversee weld seam tests to maintain high standards.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and external partners to align workflows.

We are looking for a candidate who brings technical expertise and exceptional organizational skills. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Relevant Experience and Education:

    • A background as a welder, metalworker, or precision mechanic with advanced training as a welding master or equivalent qualification.
    • Proven experience in welding technology, especially in work preparation and process coordination.

  2. Technical Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with a variety of welding processes and materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
    • Expertise in evaluating and selecting welding methods based on project requirements.

  3. Organizational and Teamwork Skills:

    • Strong organizational talent, attention to detail, and a structured approach to tasks.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage welding teams effectively.

  4. Language Proficiency:

    • Very good command of both German and English to facilitate seamless communication.
