🛠️ Primary Job Duties

As a butcher at Warraich Meats, your responsibilities will include:

• Sanitizing and cleaning meat products in preparation for processing
• Breaking down animal carcasses into sides, quarters, or smaller sections
• Trimming, slicing, and portioning meat into customer-ready cuts
• Packaging meat using wrapping equipment and safe handling practices
• De-boning various meats including beef, pork, and lamb
• Segmenting poultry for retail presentation
• Grinding meats using industry-grade equipment
• Preparing customized orders based on customer specifications

🧪 Tools & Equipment Used

• Manual cutting knives and tools
• Meat grinders and slicers (training provided)

🏃 Working Conditions

Candidates must be comfortable working in:

• Fast-paced settings with tight task deadlines
• Physically active roles (standing for long hours, lifting, walking)
• Repetitive motion and demanding manual work
