Job Summary

This position is fully on-site with no remote options available.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff while assigning daily tasks
• Identify staffing needs and recruit new team members
• Handle customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues
• Oversee training programs for employees
• Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Conduct sales, cash deposits, and balancing
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Plan and evaluate operations to optimize productivity
• Assemble and set up merchandise displays

Team Supervision:
Oversee a team of 3–4 individuals.

Required Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in point-of-sale systems
• Familiarity with MS Outlook

Specialized Knowledge:

• Experience in women’s clothing retail or fashion design
