• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Work Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a managerial or supervisory retail role

🛒 Key Responsibilities

As the Store Manager, you will be expected to:

• Supervise and coordinate all store functions and ensure smooth daily operations
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term business plans
• Strategically select and purchase merchandise for resale
• Determine which products and services will be offered
• Create, implement, and assess marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
• Forecast, allocate, and monitor operational budgets, revenues, and expenditures
• Hire, train, and schedule staff according to business needs
• Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply challenges
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct formal reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
