Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

• Supervise team members, including apprentices, design teams, or other staff.
• Assign duties and tasks to sales personnel.
• Manage recruitment and organize training sessions for new staff members.
• Oversee inventory by placing orders for merchandise.
• Handle product returns and ensure proper authorization.
• Develop and manage employee work schedules.
• Conduct sales and assist customers directly when needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, staff activities, and inventory management.
• Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational issues.
• Coordinate and manage inventory effectively.
• Supervise cash handling and maintain financial accuracy.
• Manage and lead both office and volunteer staff.

Supervision Scope:
Supervise a team of 5-10 employees.
