- Salary: $26.00 to $32.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Work Schedule: Morning, Evening, Weekend shifts

Education Requirements
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a related supervisory role.
Work Setting
All duties must be performed on-site at the restaurant’s physical location. There is no remote work option for this position.
Key Responsibilities
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, excellent food quality, and customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include:
Financial Management
- Analyze budgets to enhance and maintain profitability.
- Develop and manage budgets for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Monitor revenue and expenses to maintain optimal labour costs.
- Adjust menu pricing and food preparation methods in line with budgetary goals.
- Balance cash, prepare balance sheets, and complete financial reports.
Operational Management
- Evaluate daily restaurant operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee inventory control and ensure timely procurement of food and supplies.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, and other essential materials.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Staff Management
- Hire, train, and supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain team morale.
Customer Service and Quality Control
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Ensure consistent quality in food preparation and service.
- Develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
- Participate in creating marketing plans and promotions to attract new customers.
Event and Catering Coordination
- Negotiate with clients for catering or special event arrangements.
- Manage and oversee private functions or large group reservations.
