Responsibilities

As a Production Worker at SurTec, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. Your tasks will include:

• Operating production facilities efficiently.
• Conducting simple maintenance work.
• Addressing quality issues and contributing to solutions.
• Developing innovative ideas for process improvements.
• Adhering to safety and quality protocols.
• Supporting other production areas and warehouse/dispatch as needed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we’re looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in chemical production (preferred).
• Possess the physical ability to handle heavy loads (e.g., 25 kg bags).
• Are familiar with basic MS Word and Excel. ERP experience is a plus.
• Work well in a team-oriented environment.
