About the Role

CEC Personnel Solutions is currently hiring experienced Order Pickers to join a busy warehouse team in Stoney Creek. This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Work is strictly on-site—remote options are not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack to move and organize inventory.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle warehouse materials using pallet lifters and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and air-conditioned warehouse environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant warehouse/order picking experience.
• Education: No formal degree or certification required.
• Licensing/Training: Narrow aisle forklift training considered an asset.
• Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and perform repetitive physical tasks.

• Strong oral communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Safety-conscious with own steel-toed safety boots.

Work Environment & Conditions

• Indoor warehouse setting (air-conditioned).
