Paw Prints Grooming Salon, a well-established pet care facility in the heart of Vancouver, is currently seeking a passionate and organized Dog Grooming Salon Manager to lead and oversee daily operations. This on-site position requires hands-on leadership, team coordination, and client interaction.

• Fluent in English

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum education: High school diploma (secondary school graduation certificate)
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a similar managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the pet care or grooming industry.

• On-site only: Remote work is not available for this position.

📝 Key Responsibilities

As a Grooming Salon Manager, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Managing overall business operations and grooming appointments
• Monitoring and evaluating workflow for efficiency and quality service
• Developing and enforcing workplace policies and grooming protocols
• Hiring, training, and supervising a team of groomers and support staff
• Resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
