Position Overview:
Language Requirement: English
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1 to 7 months
This role requires on-site work at a variety of locations, including hotels, motels, and resorts, within a rural setting. The employer does not cover relocation costs. Public transportation is available, but personal transportation is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Dust and clean furniture
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, drapes, and upholstery
- Make beds and change sheets
- Replenish towels and toiletries
- Stock linen closet
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including appliances
- Disinfect operating rooms and other designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness in elevators
- Handle lost and found items
- Assist guests with requests for extra supplies
- Provide guests with basic facility information
- Empty trash containers and clear debris
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
- Clean and maintain changing rooms and showers
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints
Work Conditions:
- Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads (up to 50 lbs), standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking
- Work Environment: Fast-paced, physically demanding, repetitive tasks
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision required for all cleaning and maintenance tasks
