• Hourly wage: $36.00
• Weekly hours: 35 hours

Position Summary

Gate of India is on the lookout for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations at our Airdrie location. We’re seeking a motivated individual who can maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and team coordination.

Language Requirement

• English fluency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to under 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory kitchen role.

Key Duties

• Develop and implement effective work schedules for the kitchen team.
• Order food products and supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Lead, supervise, and support kitchen staff in preparing and portioning meals.
• Train team members on job responsibilities, cleanliness, and safety regulations.
• Uphold food quality and customer service standards at all times.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Compile and deliver operational reports.
• Create detailed food order summaries for the chef.
• Monitor and verify tray assembly processes.

Team Supervision

• Responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 employees.
