Position Overview

Job Responsibilities

As a cook at Hoss & Jill’s, your primary duties will include:
✔ Preparing and cooking full meals, individual dishes, and various food items
✔ Inspecting the kitchen and food preparation areas for cleanliness and safety
✔ Training new staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe handling practices
✔ Ordering ingredients, kitchen supplies, and necessary equipment
✔ Overseeing kitchen assistants and other team members
✔ Managing inventory and maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment
✔ Cleaning and maintaining a hygienic work environment
✔ Supervising kitchen operations to ensure efficiency
