Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $25.00 to $28.00 (Negotiable)
- Weekly Hours: 12 to 40 hours
- Employment Type: Permanent, part-time progressing to full-time
- Schedule: Evening, night, weekend, and flexible hours
- Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview
Languages Required: English
Education:
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: - Asset but not mandatory
Work Environment:
- Focus on child welfare, behavioral health, substance use, and gambling issues
- Specialized programs for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)
Work Setting: Group home
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee support staff and daily operations
- Handle housekeeping duties and conflict resolution
- Provide crisis intervention, including suicide prevention support
- Supervise residents in group homes and halfway houses
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Assist clients with special needs
Supervision Scope: 5-10 individuals
Required Qualifications
- Certificates:
- Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Screening Checks:
- Criminal record and child welfare checks
- Driving abstract
- Medical exam
- Transportation Requirements:
- Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
- Regular travel required
