About the Role
Bache Bros, one of South Australia’s leading fresh produce suppliers, is seeking Fruit Graders and Packers to join their dynamic team. This role involves working on production lines to sort and pack citrus fruits in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on daily challenges and enjoy working with a team passionate about fresh produce, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and packing citrus fruits.
- Preparing and completing orders for delivery.
- Performing general warehouse tasks.
- Cleaning production lines.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in citrus packing sheds.
- Proven skills in grading and packing fruits.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Clear communication skills.
- A focus on accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Hours of Work:
- Shifts start at 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday, typically finishing between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
- Occasional Saturday shifts during peak periods.
- Immediate start available.
