Position Summary

Barnala Construction is seeking a motivated Framing Helper to join their dedicated team on site in Calgary’s urban area. This role is ideal for individuals eager to work in the construction industry, with training provided for candidates with little or no prior experience.

Education Requirements

• No formal education, degree, or certification needed

Experience

• No previous experience necessary; full training will be offered

Work Location

• This is a strictly on-site role; remote work is not available.

Key Duties

• Load, unload, and move various building supplies and tools around the job site
• Assist skilled framers with building frameworks for houses, putting up walls, and constructing roof structures
• Measure and cut wood, lightweight steel, and substitute materials; assemble and secure components as directed
