Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Dairy Farm Worker, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that our animals are well cared for and our milking processes run smoothly. Your main tasks include:

• Managing the Milking Station: Operating and maintaining the milking equipment to ensure efficiency and hygiene.
• Guiding and Milking Cows: Driving cows to the milking station and performing the milking process.
• Calf Care: Feeding and caring for young calves to promote their healthy growth.
• General Farm Duties: Assisting with cleaning, feeding, and monitoring the well-being of our cattle.

You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the success of our dairy farm and the health of our livestock.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who:

1. Brings Skills and Experience:

   • Ideally has completed training as an animal farmer (Tierwirt), specializing in cattle farming.
   • Career changers with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

2. Demonstrates Key Qualities:

   • Flexibility, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
   • A team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

3. Is Open to Flexible Work Schedules:

   • Willingness to work early and late shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of the farm 24/7.
