Franklin Smith is currently seeking experienced duct installers to join a well-established HVAC and refrigeration company for exciting commercial projects in Whangarei. The team is working on a major retirement village project and needs skilled professionals who are ready to contribute immediately.
What We Offer:
- 45+ hours per week
- Long-term opportunity (12-18 months of work)
- Competitive hourly rate: NZD $32 – $35 per hour, based on experience
- Ongoing opportunities on heavy commercial projects

- Site Safe training and EWP training (if required)
- $200 sign-on bonus
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in commercial duct installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or detailed plans
- Familiarity with flexi, spiral, and square ducts
- Experience using power tools such as drills and grinders
- Two contactable references
- Ability to start ASAP
- NZ residency required (no visa sponsorship available)
