Key Responsibilities for Curriculum Planner

• Conduct thorough research to support curriculum development
• Design and structure curriculum frameworks to meet educational standards
• Lead and mentor education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers
• Prepare detailed reports on curriculum effectiveness and policy outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with education policies and programs, ensuring alignment with current practices
• Evaluate existing curriculum programs, recommending enhancements for improved outcomes
• Perform statistical analyses to assess the cost-effectiveness of educational policies and programs
• Develop teaching materials and instructional resources to support program delivery
• Revise and refine educational programs to ensure they meet evolving needs
• Contribute to product development in the education sector

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Languages: Proficiency in English
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, or related roles
• Specialization: Expertise in curriculum design, assessment, and policy analysis
