Overview
PB-23 Drywall & Construction Ltd. is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Construction Cleaners. Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Some experience is an asset, but not required

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors, hallways, and stairs to maintain a spotless work environment.
• Vacuuming and Debris Removal: Operate industrial-grade vacuum cleaners to remove dirt, debris, and waste materials from construction sites.
• Trash Disposal: Empty and clean trash cans and other waste containers regularly.
• Window and Wall Maintenance: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, ensuring all surfaces are free of dust and stains.
• Minor Maintenance Tasks: Perform minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and coordinate with professional tradespeople for major repairs.
• Heavy Lifting and Moving: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as necessary to facilitate construction and cleaning processes.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform other maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repairs, to keep the workspace functional and visually appealing.
• Outdoor Maintenance: Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe accessibility.
• Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, fixtures, and other areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Gardening: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens if needed.
