Position Overview

Are you looking to take your leadership skills to the next level in the cleaning industry? Clean-Up! is seeking a dynamic Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This role requires hands-on supervision and a keen eye for detail to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Requirements

Language Proficiency: English

Education:
Completion of secondary school (high school graduation certificate required).

Experience:
Between 1 and less than 7 months of relevant experience.

Work Arrangement:
This is strictly an on-site position with no remote options.

Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be expected to:

• Recruit, train, and guide cleaning staff to ensure team efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate daily work activities of staff members.
• Perform site inspections to guarantee adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Draft budgets and provide cost estimates for cleaning services.
• Recommend or organize additional services such as painting, repairs, or furniture replacements.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Process payments for specialized cleaning tasks.
• Assist team members in performing cleaning duties when required.
• Collaborate with other departments to synchronize work schedules and priorities.
• Establish and implement structured work schedules.

Supervision Scope

Supervise and manage cleaning teams and workgroups effectively.
