Educational & Experience Requirements

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: At least 1 year and less than 2 years in a similar supervisory or cleaning role

About the Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing janitorial teams and ensuring high standards of cleanliness across various client facilities. You will take an active role in both administrative duties and hands-on tasks to maintain productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and provide training to new cleaning staff
• Oversee day-to-day operations and assign duties to workers
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to uphold safety and hygiene standards
• Create shift schedules and organize staff coverage as needed
• Provide assistance in cleaning tasks when required
• Manage client invoices and collect payments for special cleaning jobs
• Prepare cost estimates and budget plans for cleaning projects
• Ensure that equipment and supplies are maintained properly

Team Supervision

• Direct supervision of a team ranging from 3 to 4 employees

Working Conditions

• Environment: Fast-paced and active setting
• Physical Demands:

  • Involves bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing for prolonged periods
  • Tasks may be repetitive and physically intense
  • Mixture of sitting, standing, and walking required throughout the shift
