Currently, the farm produces 13,000 tonnes of oranges annually, along with barley and cotton. Our citrus fruits are harvested 9 months a year and supplied to Grove Juice, serving major supermarkets and international markets.

  • Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year (negotiable package)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

As a Citrus Farm Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Citrus Manager to enhance orchard productivity and optimize fruit quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement best practices in citrus orchard management.
  • Oversee irrigation and fertigation systems.
  • Manage pest, weed, and disease control.
  • Develop and monitor fertilization programs.
  • Supervise harvesting, pruning, and hedging.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health Safety (WHS) regulations.
  • Maintain farm infrastructure and machinery.
  • Lead a team with strong management and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
