Kimmy Rae Albunag and Mark Alvin Apostol are seeking a caring, reliable, and responsible Child Caregiver to provide attentive and nurturing care for their children in a private home setting. The ideal candidate will ensure the children’s physical, emotional, and social well-being while maintaining a safe, clean, and positive home environment. Job Details

Position Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $20.50 per hour
Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week

Language Requirement

Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with parents and children.

Education and Experience

Applicants should have at least a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant childcare experience is preferred.

Work Setting

This role requires working in the employer’s private home. The caregiver must be comfortable working independently without direct supervision. Remote work is not an option. Occasional travel with the family may be required for vacations or special trips, where assistance with child supervision and household duties will also be expected.

Key Responsibilities

The Child Caregiver will perform a variety of childcare and household tasks, including:

• Supervising and caring for infants and children in the employer’s home.
• Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and young children, and changing diapers as required.
• Following parents’ guidance in toilet training and discipline methods.
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for children.
• Sterilizing bottles, preparing formulas, and assisting during feeding times.
• Organizing activities, games, and educational outings that promote learning and social development.
• Helping children with homework and school assignments.
• Taking children to and from school, appointments, and recreational activities.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment at home.
• Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing, ironing, and pressing clothing and linens.
• Keeping daily records of activities, meals, and any health-related observations.
• Providing emotional support, guidance, and care to ensure children’s well-being.
• Assuming full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.

Certifications and Credentials

Candidates must possess the following certifications:

• CPR Certificate
• First Aid Certificate

Transportation and Travel Information
