Specialization: General maintenance and repair

Key Responsibilities

• Empty waste bins and dispose of trash appropriately
• Clean windows, walls, and ceilings
• Conduct minor repairs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; coordinate major repairs with contractors
• Maintain and repair appliances as needed
• Perform routine safety and security checks
• Handle basic maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and gardening
• Operate snowblowers and maintain clear walkways during winter
• Move and organize heavy equipment, furniture, and supplies
• Maintain swimming pools and associated equipment
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Skills and Specializations

• Equipment Used:

  • Power tools, snowblowers, lawnmowers, and small tractors with attachments
  • Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance equipment

Security and Safety Requirements:

• Criminal record check

Physical Demands:

• Repetitive movements, bending, kneeling, and lifting weights up to 20 lbs
