Key Responsibilities
- Empty waste bins and dispose of trash appropriately
- Clean windows, walls, and ceilings
- Conduct minor repairs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; coordinate major repairs with contractors
- Maintain and repair appliances as needed
- Perform routine safety and security checks
- Handle basic maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and gardening
- Operate snowblowers and maintain clear walkways during winter
- Move and organize heavy equipment, furniture, and supplies
- Maintain swimming pools and associated equipment
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Skills and Specializations
- Equipment Used:
- Power tools, snowblowers, lawnmowers, and small tractors with attachments
- Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance equipment
Security and Safety Requirements:
- Criminal record check
Physical Demands:
- Repetitive movements, bending, kneeling, and lifting weights up to 20 lbs
