Job Responsibilities

As a baker at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing dough for various baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats
• Mixing batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, and applying icings and frostings as per recipes or special customer requests
• Baking prepared dough and batters to perfection
• Handling special customer orders
• Ensuring all baked goods meet the company’s quality standards
• Inspecting kitchen and food preparation areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance
• Operating baking machinery and equipment
• Managing inventory and ensuring a steady supply of ingredients

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced setting and handle physical demands, including:

• Standing for extended periods
• Repetitive tasks
• Lifting and handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure
• Paying attention to detail and differentiating between colors
