Required Qualifications

• Experience: Preferred but not mandatory (training can be provided)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor revenue trends to manage labor costs effectively
• Supervise and assess staff performance
• Develop and execute operational plans for efficiency
• Hire, train, and schedule employees
• Implement and enforce service procedures
• Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and financial reports
• Conduct employee performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor regulations
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Enforce health and safety protocols
• Address customer complaints and improve service quality
• Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
