Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team at Pinder’s Renovation & Cleaning. This role is ideal for someone with experience in institutional, commercial, and industrial construction environments. The selected candidate will manage various projects and oversee all aspects of construction work on-site.

Job Details:

• Location: On-site in Saint John, NB
• Hours: Full-time, 35 to 40 hours per week
• Salary: $23.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
• Work Schedule: Day shifts, early morning, and morning hours
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Benefits: Additional benefits and free parking provided

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Education: Secondary school diploma (High School graduation certificate)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year but less than 2 years of experience in construction project management

Work Environment & Location:

• Outdoor work settings in both urban and rural areas
• Willingness to relocate for various work locations, including institutional and office buildings
