Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in horticulture? We are hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our team, no prior experience needed—training will be provided on-site.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planting, field harvesting, washing, grading, and packing produce
• Following instructions to ensure the quality of our products and maintaining safety standards
• Adapting to extra hours when required during the busy season

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM
• Flexibility for extended hours due to seasonal demands is essential

What You’ll Need:

• Reliability: Consistency is key!
• Transport: Access to your own reliable vehicle
• Adaptability: Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 15kg
• Health & Safety Awareness: Commitment to workplace safety

Requirements:

• Pass a pre-employment drug test (random testing may occur during employment)
• Hold NZ residency or a valid work visa
