Job Overview
Quality Inn is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the role of Heavy-Duty Cleaner. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Candidates with experience in industrial cleaning, maintenance, or janitorial work are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Floor and Surface Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Vacuum and Debris Removal: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clear scraps, dirt, and debris from various areas within the hotel.
Waste Disposal: Empty trash cans and waste containers regularly.
Window and Wall Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure the hotel maintains a pristine appearance.
Repair Coordination: Contact contractors for repairs and handle minor maintenance tasks as necessary.
Furniture and Equipment Movement: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as part of the cleaning and setup processes.
Sanitation and Disinfection: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and other areas as required to meet hygiene and safety standards.
Outdoor Maintenance: Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure guest safety during winter months.
Minimal Supervision: Able to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
