Key Responsibilities

As a Factory Helper, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the factory. Key duties include:

• Transporting Materials: Moving raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant, using powered equipment or manually.
• Packaging: Sorting, packing, crating, and packaging materials and products for shipment.
• Assisting Operators: Supporting machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in day-to-day activities.
• Machine Cleaning: Cleaning machines and work areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Product Inspection: Checking and weighing materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment that can be dusty and noisy. Physical capabilities are essential, as the job includes:

• Handling Heavy Loads: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• Standing and Walking: Prolonged standing, walking, and bending are required for the position.
• Repetitive Tasks: You will perform the same tasks frequently, requiring attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Safety Gear: Steel-toed safety boots are required for the role.
